We deliver software patches to either fix issues or implement new features. We are also responsible for making sure that our clients QA environment is a true reflection of the live one.
Our process is simple. Once a bug is reported we : 1. Collect evidence and document it; 2. We reproduce the defect in a controlled environment; 3. We determine if it was an issue introduced by a recent patch. 4. We “pin down” the cause using the most recent debug techniques. 5. We work on the solution, test it and deliver a patch.
